Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools (REMS),

The Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools (REMS) Technical Assistance Center, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Safe and Supportive Schools, serves to build preparedness capacity (including prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery efforts) of schools, school districts, IHEs, and their community partners at the local, state, and Federal levels. Its website offers a suite of tools for K-12 schools and school districts, institutions of higher education (IHEs), state education agencies (SEAs), regional education agencies (REAs), and community partners to support them in a variety of safety, security, and emergency preparedness activities.
