This session will feature Anna Ruth Pickett, Development and Outreach Manager for the Urban Resources Initiative from the Yale School of the Environment. Anna will delve into the origins of the Urban Resources Initiative as well discuss the schoolyard tree planting program run by student interns.
The Community of Practice monthly discussion forum takes place on the third Thursday of the month at 11am PT/2pm ET unless otherwise noted. Participation is free and open to school districts, county offices of education, public agencies, landscape architects, tree planting organizations and practitioners form across the country.
