If your district has a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC system, chances are you have a story about it. This roundtable discussion, hosted by the HVAC Change Lab, will bring school district staff and industry experts together to surface common issues, share what’s working, and highlight lessons learned from firsthand experience. We’ll dig into design, installation, controls, operations, and maintenance to better understand what districts are seeing in the field. This roundtable will be the first of two sessions; during the second we’ll start identifying ways to help existing systems work better and set future VRF projects up for success.
